The White House Conference on Aging (WHCOA) recently hosted a webinar, co-sponsored by the Alzheimer’s Association, which focused on ‘Healthy Brains’, presenting research on cognitive health and providing tips on maintaining a healthy brain.
Although the medical field has yet to discover definitive evidence that Alzheimer’s is preventable, there are some steps you can take to keep your brain healthy and possibly delay or lessen the normal cognitive decline that comes with age.
